Orqa is partnering with Firestorm to co-develop the Firestorm Squall, a Group 1 FPV drone combining Orqa’s battle-tested FPV defence technology with Firestorm’s advanced manufacturing capabilities to meet the needs of the U.S. warfighter.

The partnership creates an innovation ecosystem driven by the combination of Orqa’s NDAA-compliant technology with Firestorm’s cutting-edge additive manufacturing.

This has led to Firestorm being selected as one of 25 companies invited to the first Gauntlet to compete for a place in the United States Department of War‘s $1B Drone Dominance Program, a hyper-competitive fly-off that will result in awarded contracts for 30,000+ drones and accession to the Blue UAS list.
