Primoco UAV entered 2026 with a very strong first quarter, achieving revenues of CZK 100 million and EBITDA of CZK 59 million. This represents the best first-quarter result in the company’s history, and the company continues into 2026 with a strong backlog of 30 aircraft valued at CZK 850 million.
The first-quarter results were driven primarily by the execution of contracts from the previous period and new orders, including the delivery of an unmanned solution for the Spanish Guardia Civil. The company also demonstrated its ability to execute rapidly, delivering the aircraft to the customer in less than one month from contract signing. The company continues the production and delivery of Primoco One 150 aircraft contracted in 2025.
In addition to commercial performance, the first quarter was also significant in terms of corporate governance and shareholder support. The Annual General Meeting held on 30 January 2026 was attended by 345 shareholders representing more than 91% of the company’s share capital. All agenda items, including amendments to the Articles of Association, were approved by a qualified majority exceeding 75%, confirming strong shareholder confidence in the company’s strategy and management.
Primoco UAV is also progressing with its key development projects. At the Písek–Krašovice airport, a new training centre for professional UAV pilots (ATO) and a modern hangar are nearing completion, with opening planned for June 2026. This infrastructure expands the company’s capability to provide comprehensive solutions in training, operations and customer support.
At the same time, in April 2026 the company obtained final building permit approval for a new production facility in Písek, with a planned investment of CZK 600 million. Upon completion by 2028, production capacity is expected to increase to up to 300 aircraft per year, representing a fivefold increase from the current level.
The company continues to intensively develop new technologies, particularly in artificial intelligence, signal intelligence and advanced weapon systems, further enhancing the capabilities of the Primoco One 150 platform and its application in both civil and defence sectors.
As part of its preparation for the next phase of growth, Primoco UAV is also strengthening its management team. From May 2026, the company is expanding its leadership with new Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer roles, reinforcing its capabilities in global expansion and talent development.
The strong start to 2026 confirms the company’s ability to effectively monetise its record backlog, execute contracts within short timeframes, and simultaneously build the infrastructure and technology required for its next stage of growth.
