Light Dynamix will host its second Discovery Event on Thursday 30th April 2026 at The Duke
of Cumberland’s Head in Banbury, bringing together drone show operators, event
professionals and international industry leaders for an evening focused on the future of aerial
entertainment.
As drone light shows continue to grow in scale and commercial demand, the conversation is
shifting from simply flying drones, to building operations that can reliably deliver at a higher
level.
Designed as an immersive, invite only experience, the event will combine live discussion,
networking and a full scale drone demonstration, offering attendees a rare opportunity to
engage directly with both the technology and the people behind it.
“We created the Discovery Event to bring operators into the room and give them genuine
access, not just to our technology, but to the people behind it. Our team is filled with
incredibly knowledgeable engineers, pilots and technicians which is a huge point of
difference between us and our competitors”
Ben Pickard, Managing Director at Light Dynamix
The evening will feature a panel of industry experts covering topics including scaling operations, delivering large scale shows and the commercial realities of running a drone show business. Alongside this, Light Dynamix will be making a series of major announcements, with attendees given first access to new developments set to shape the next phase of drone show operations.
What’s being revealed on the night will not be launched until later in the year.
In previous events, Light Dynamix have seen attendees convert quickly, with some securing fleet orders and new commercial opportunities within weeks of attending.
The event will culminate with a 300 drone light show, showcasing the scale and precision achievable with the PIXEL systems.
Beyond the technology, the Discovery Event is designed to bring the industry together, creating space for operators to connect, share insight and explore new opportunities in a rapidly growing market.
Attendance is extremely limited. Those interested in joining can register their interest via the Light Dynamix website by clicking the link below:
