Corpus Christi, TX — January, 2026 — With the FCC’s recent inclusion of additional foreign‑produced UAS platforms on the Covered List, NARMA is doubling down on its commitment to the U.S. market through a compliance‑first approach. While many manufacturers now face new hurdles, NARMA is advancing through the AUVSI Green UAS Cleared process—an independent review focused on cybersecurity, data handling, and supply chain integrity. Completion of this review will also place the NARMA AF100 on the DIU Blue List (Exempt).
“We are proving that NARMA’s dual tilt‑rotor technology meets U.S. security standards, ensuring our platforms remain a reliable tool for advanced UAS operations both now and in the future.”
— Kijung Kwon, CEO, NARMA
To support this effort, NARMA has appointed Ian Annase as Director of U.S. Airspace Integration and Strategy, leading the company’s FCC/FAA compliance efforts and expansion across U.S. enterprise and government sectors.
“Performance is no longer enough. We are intentionally aligning our AF100 platform with U.S. standards so customers gain early access to both our current and future technologies.”
— Ian Annase
NARMA is encouraging public safety agencies and enterprise operators affected by the FCC Covered List update to reach out for consultation on secure transition planning.
