[Ukraine, Kyiv] – The Ukrainian defense-tech company General Cherry, one of Ukraine’s largest producers of various types of UAVs, is launching a strategic joint venture with Wilcox Industries Corp., a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced tactical solutions distributed globally.

Under this partnership, a US based Joint Venture will be established to produce “American” made advanced FPV and interceptor drones developed by General Cherry, utilizing Wilcox Industries Corp high-tech fully integrated production facility located in Newington, New Hampshire.

The project implementation is moving into the approval phase. Before registering the joint venture, the parties must obtain support from the President of Ukraine and relevant institutions.
